David is a respected and dedicated real estate ambassador who has successfully negotiated a significant percentage of Sydney’s commercial and industrial property transactions during his 25 years of service to the industry.
David is a licenced real estate agent who commenced his real estate career under the guidance of Hal Niemeyer as an indentured apprentice way back in 1983. After completing his time David was immediately promoted to sales manager of the firm at the tender age of 23.
Having started his career in property management David has worked his way through leasing and sales of all industrial, commercial property.
David is Sales and Leasing Director at Brookes Partners and divides his time managing sales on behalf of our clients both institutional and private as well as leasing commercial and industrial property in all size ranges.
David also handles residential sales on behalf of his clients new and old.
